Launches that feel like the brand

Limited drops, launch pages and a corporate catalogue that match the design team's intent.

Context

Design-led brands live or die on how a launch feels online.

The problem

Templates flatten everything. Launch pages needed to match the design team's intent, and limited drops needed to feel genuinely limited.

The bet

  • Rebuild launch pages straight from the design files rather than approximating them in a page builder.
  • For the White Noise edition of Transit Z, design a gated experience: a page only code-holders can open, a request form, and an automated path from request to code with nobody in the loop.
  • Turn an 84-page corporate-gifting PDF into a browsable catalogue on its own domain.

My role

Owned the digital launch experience.

What shipped

The Transit Z launch page, the White Noise gated drop (September 2026), and the corporate-gifting catalogue at b2b.mokobara.com.

What happened

Launches that look like the brand and run themselves, from the first click to the code in the inbox.

What it taught me

Scarcity only works if the experience is airtight. The gate is part of the product.

A good opener

Hi Nikhil — I run [brand], roughly [₹ revenue], selling [online / online and in stores]. The problem I'm trying to solve is [repeat rate / stores and web / personalisation / hiring a growth lead]. Would you be open to a 20-minute call?

Fill in the brackets and send it as it is. That is enough for me to say yes or no honestly.
