Most of my week is spent inside Mokobara's systems: the storefront, the customer data underneath it, the retail stores that share that data, and the small internal tools that make the whole thing legible to the team.

The current thread is AI. Partly as a build partner — almost every tool on this site was written with Claude Code in the loop — and partly as a product surface, because a growing share of shopping journeys will start with an agent rather than a search box.

Outside work: long drives, and building apps that document them.
